The town of Newmarket, New Hampshire has a rich and varied history.
Take a look at some of the changes our building has gone through!

The Pharmacist & Judge Alvah Herbert Place (b. 1861) is behind the counter. He was adopted by Aunt Mrs James Place, and changed his last name from Tuttle to Place. He served NH legislature.
